Business automation

Business automation that connects your systems and ends the re-keying

Our automation and AI workflow service

Automation that joins your website, WhatsApp, CRM and invoicing into one flow: a lead arrives, gets answered, recorded and scheduled without anyone copying details by hand - with AI used only where a fixed rule is not enough.

Why us

What business automation services include

Business automation services map the repeating processes in a company, connect the systems involved through their APIs, define the rules and the AI steps, and run the result with monitoring and upkeep. Ours also include what most providers leave to you: a run log, failure alerts and repairs when a system changes its API.

Before choosing Make, n8n or code, we map how a lead, an order and an invoice actually travel between people and systems today, exceptions included. Automation built around a tool rather than the process breaks on the first exception and hands the manual work straight back.

Green Invoice (Morning), iCount, Rivhit, Hashavshevet and Priority on the accounting side; Fireberry, Powerlink, Monday and HubSpot on the CRM side; WhatsApp Business API, Israeli card clearing and couriers. Allocation numbers, VAT and Hebrew fields included - the details an international integration does not know about.

When the rule is clear - form submitted, so open a lead - plain automation is cheaper and more reliable. AI steps in where free text has to be understood: classifying an enquiry, summarising a call, drafting a first reply or pulling a figure out of a document. Every AI output passes a validation rule before it touches a system.

Every run is logged, a failure raises an alert instead of disappearing quietly, and a record that did not sync is retried rather than lost. After launch we keep monitoring and maintaining the connections, because an invoicing API changes without asking you first.

What gets automated

The processes businesses automate with us

  • A website form, a WhatsApp message or a campaign lead becomes a CRM record with its source, campaign and first answers attached - and gets a first reply within a minute, not the next morning.

  • Questions about price, availability and opening hours are answered automatically, the enquiry is qualified against the questions you defined, and anything off-script moves to a person with the full history.

  • A deal closed in the CRM produces the quote, the invoice in Green Invoice or iCount and the payment reminder - same details, no double entry and no invoice someone forgot to issue.

  • A store order updates inventory, books the shipment with the courier and sends the customer a tracking number. When a product runs out, the site knows before the customer orders it.

  • A morning digest of yesterday’s leads, sales and collections, and a WhatsApp alert when a lead has gone two hours without a reply or a process has failed - instead of finding out at month end.

How it works

From mapping to running. In stages.

Three stages, and you see a result at the end of each one before the next begins.

  1. Process mapping

We sit with the people doing the work today and draw the process as it really is: where data enters, who copies it, where it gets lost. Then we rank what to automate first by hours saved.

  2. Build and connect

We connect the systems through their APIs, map the fields, define the rules and what happens on failure. Every automation is tested on real data before it touches the CRM or issues an invoice.

  3. Run, monitor, improve

We go live gradually, follow the run log and fix what reality reveals. Once it is stable we move to ongoing upkeep of the connections and to the next automation on the list.
