Website privacy compliance

Website privacy compliance (Amendment 13) implemented in code and forms

Our technical compliance service

A review of the forms and data your site collects, a cookie banner that blocks trackers until consent, privacy and cookie policy pages, fewer fields in forms, secure storage, tidy CRM and mailing integrations, and a flow for access and deletion requests. This is technical work on the website, alongside your lawyer and not instead of one. To start at no cost, use our free Amendment 13 website checklist and cookie policy generator.

Why us

What is different about our technical compliance work

We implement on the site what you agreed with your legal adviser, and we check in the browser that it really happens, not only that the text appears on a page.

A banner that shows a choice while analytics load straight away does not do the job. After every change we open the developer tools, check the Network tab for what loads before consent and after it, and keep the result.

Data that is never collected cannot leak. We go through every field in every form and ask what happens without it, and separate a service enquiry from a newsletter sign-up, so data is used only for the purpose the person was told.

You end up with a document listing the forms and tools on the site, where data flows, who the vendors are and what was configured. It is what a lawyer, an insurer or a large business customer will ask to see.

What we build

What the site compliance process covers

  • A map of every form, checkout field, tracking tool and inbox that receives enquiries: what data is collected, for what purpose, where it is sent and where it is stored.

  • Pages that describe what the site actually does, with an update date, a short notice next to each form and a link from every page footer. The legal wording is approved by your lawyer.

  • HTTPS across the whole site, a personal account for every admin user, two-step verification, role-based permissions, a backup that is tested and a record of who accessed the data.

  • Tidy connections to the CRM and mailing tools, a list of vendors that process data, and a flow for access, correction and deletion requests with identity checks and a recorded date.

How it works

How a project runs. Simply.

Every stage ends with a document or a check you can be shown, so you and your legal adviser see exactly what changed on the site.

  1. Review and mapping

We go through the site and the tools connected to it and prepare a report: what data is collected, who receives it, what loads before consent and which gaps were found. The report can go straight to your lawyer.

  2. Implementation on the site

We fix the forms, install the banner and the tracking block, publish the policy pages in the approved wording, harden security and connect the CRM and mailing tools properly.

  3. Verification and documentation

We check in the browser that everything behaves as designed, run a sample access request from start to finish, and hand over a document that is updated whenever a new form or tool is added.
