Before building anything we measure how well the current method works - last year's average, the sales manager's rule of thumb, a spreadsheet. A model that does not beat that baseline does not go live, and you see the comparison in writing.

Why us
You get a model you can check: a success metric agreed in advance, a comparison against the method you use today, and a connection to the system where the decision is actually made.

Before building anything we measure how well the current method works - last year's average, the sales manager's rule of thumb, a spreadsheet. A model that does not beat that baseline does not go live, and you see the comparison in writing.

The first stage reviews the data you already hold: how much history, how many gaps, where fields are inconsistent. Sometimes the answer is that there is not enough data yet, and then we say so and suggest what to start collecting.

Enquiry classification, field extraction and topic detection are tested on real Hebrew text from your business - spelling without vowels, acronyms, Latin-script terms - not on English samples translated at the end.

The prediction lands where decisions are made: a lead score in the CRM, a reorder suggestion in inventory, an alert on WhatsApp. After launch the model is monitored, and when its accuracy drops you get an alert and a retraining plan.
Want to know whether your data is enough for a model?

Forecasts by product, branch and week that account for seasonality, holidays and promotions, so stock and shifts follow expected demand rather than instinct.
A score for every lead by its chance of closing, and for every existing customer by the risk of leaving - so the team calls first where it actually changes the outcome.
Complementary products in the cart, "customers also bought" and catalogue ordering by purchase history, connected to the existing store and measured in a test against a version without them.
Classifying Hebrew enquiries and emails, extracting data from invoices and forms, and flagging anomalies in transactions, orders or sensor readings before they turn into damage.
Bringing data from the CRM, the store, accounting and campaigns into one place, with a BI dashboard that shows everyone who decides the same numbers.

How it works
Every stage ends with your decision whether to continue, so nothing is built before you know there is something to build on.
We map which data exists, at what quality and over what period, and define one business question and one success metric. The stage ends with a report: feasible, feasible with conditions, or not yet.

We build a first model on historical data and test it on a period it has not seen, against your baseline. If it does not beat it by a margin that justifies the work, we stop here.

We connect the model to the system where the decision is made, set up retraining and monitor accuracy over time, because customer behaviour and markets change and the model has to change with them.
