We do not start from a fashionable model but from what the team actually does in a week: who types the same data twice, who answers the same questions, where people wait for approval. Only after that mapping do we decide where AI fits.
AI consulting & implementation
Our AI consulting service
AI consulting and implementation is the process of mapping where artificial intelligence actually saves time in your business, choosing the right tool and model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot), setting a usage policy and security rules, training the team in Hebrew, and running a measured pilot before rolling it out company-wide.

Why us
You get recommendations you can act on: a list of processes ranked by benefit, a tool chosen after a trial on your own work, and a team that knows how to use it.

We do not start from a fashionable model but from what the team actually does in a week: who types the same data twice, who answers the same questions, where people wait for approval. Only after that mapping do we decide where AI fits.

We do not represent a single vendor. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are tested on real tasks from your business, Hebrew included, and the recommendation comes with reasoning - sometimes including a recommendation not to buy licences at all.

Workshops where employees write prompts on the documents, emails and data of their own role rather than generic examples. Every participant leaves with working templates they can use the next day.

We define what may be uploaded to a tool and what may not, which business plans retain data and which do not, and who approves a new use. That way team adoption does not turn into exposure of customer information.

Request an AI readiness reviewWhat is included
A review of the processes, tools and data in the business, and a ranked list of where AI pays off: customer service, quotes, meeting summaries, reports, content writing and document checks.
ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, Claude, Gemini and Copilot compared against your tasks - on Hebrew quality, integration with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, user management and privacy terms.
A short, clear document for employees: which data must never be entered, when human review is required, how to label AI-generated content and who owns a new tool. You can start from the draft in /tools/ai-policy-generator.
Hebrew workshops by role - sales, service, finance, marketing, management - with practice on real material, a short internal guide and a follow-up session a few weeks later.
A pilot with a small group and one metric before expanding: hours saved, response time, error rate. The decision to expand or stop rests on numbers from your own business.

How it works
Every stage ends with your decision whether to continue, so you never pay for rollout before it is clear that it makes business sense.
Conversations with the people who own each role, a review of existing tools and data, and a short report: which three to five processes to start with, the risk in each and what must be settled first.

We choose a tool, set the usage policy and run a pilot with a small group on one process, against a metric agreed in advance. If the result does not justify going further, we stop here.

We extend to the rest of the team with training and working templates, and keep measuring. Where an off-the-shelf tool is not enough, the next step is automation or a custom AI agent, covered by our separate services.
