Data analytics & dashboards

Data analytics & BI dashboards every number in one place, updated on its own

Our data analytics service

Connecting your CRM, store, Google and Meta campaigns, GA4 and accounting system into one dataset, defining the metrics everyone agrees on, building Looker Studio or Power BI dashboards and sending automated reports to WhatsApp and email - so owners and managers see what is happening without waiting for the month-end spreadsheet.

Why us

What is different about our data analytics work

A good dashboard is judged by one question: does anyone open it and make a decision. So we start from the questions your business asks, and only then from the tools.

Before connecting anything we sit down with you and define what counts as a lead, what counts as a sale and how profitability is calculated. The definitions are written in one document, so marketing, sales and management stop arguing about whose number is right.

We know what businesses here actually run: Priority, iCount, Green Invoice, Rivhit, plus local CRM systems and store platforms. When no ready-made connector exists, we build one through an API or a scheduled export.

Duplicates, empty fields, lead sources typed three different ways - we fix what can be fixed and flag what cannot. Missing data is shown as missing instead of disappearing into an average.

Accounts, the data store and the dashboards are opened in the business's name, and you manage access. If you later want to continue alone or with another provider, you will not have to rebuild everything.

What we build

What data analytics gives your business

  • CRM, Shopify and WooCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, the accounting system and spreadsheets - pulled automatically and refreshed at a rhythm that suits the business.

  • When data grows or comes from many systems, we set up a central store with collection and transformation jobs, so the dashboard does not depend on a manual export that breaks whenever a column changes.

  • A management view, a marketing view and a sales view, filterable by period, source and team. The choice between the tools follows your budget, your team and the systems already in use.

  • A daily or weekly summary that reaches owners and managers on schedule, plus an instant alert when a metric moves out of range - for example a cost per lead that jumped or a store whose sales dropped.

  • Tying campaign spend to the revenue that was actually closed, to see which channel brings paying customers and not just clicks, and to calculate acquisition cost and profitability by customer or product.

How it works

How a project runs. Simply.

We begin with one screen that answers one question, and expand only after the numbers prove correct and people actually use them.

  1. Mapping sources and metrics

We go through every system that holds data, define the metrics that matter and decide who needs to see what. The stage ends with a list of connections, metric definitions and an order of work.

  2. Connecting and cleaning

We connect the sources, clean duplicates and inconsistent fields, and compare the totals in the dashboard with the original reports. A number that does not reconcile with the accounting system does not move forward.

  3. Dashboard, reports and training

We build the screens, set up automated reports and alerts, and train the team to read and adjust them. After launch, sources and screens can be added as needed.
