THE CHALLENGE
What was the challenge?
The firm serves sole proprietors, corporations and SMEs. Demand was growing, but manual processes and disconnected tools meant every new client cost more accountant hours: financial data arrived by email, transactions were typed into Excel by hand, every document was reviewed one by one, there was no central place for client data and no real-time view of finances. The result was high operational overhead, a higher risk of errors and limited room to grow.
OUR SOLUTION
Our solution
We built one platform for the whole accounting workflow. Computer vision and LLMs read invoices and bank statements, a centralised ledger is the single source of truth for every client, and banking APIs, Stripe and CRM systems feed data in automatically. Accountants work in a web app that brings transactions, tax codes, mapping and balance checks into one table, with real-time dashboards across all clients and jobs and P&L statements generated on demand. Clients get a mobile app with their jobs, activity, chat and files. The platform went from concept to delivery in 6 months, and accountants now serve more clients without new hires.
